Life has its varies challenges and trying troubles, and they can seem overwhelming to us.
Emotionally we get frustrated, lose peace, mentally we lose focus on daily tasks and physically we become drained of energy, because our focus is on the problem.
Well, It's time to turn your focus, don't worry about things you can't control, change your attitude about the things you can. Sometimes what we really need is a new perspective, to see it through a fresh pair of eyes!
Here are some simply steps to help:
-get plenty of rest.
Rest your mind, your emotions by spending time in prayer and worship
-Recognize that you may be overwhelmed and dealing with stress.
Submit all of yourself, circumstances into the Lord's hands and allow him to give you comfort and peace with the things you can't change.
-Change what you have the ability to change.
Make better choices, and realize that every experience is a learning experience that either builds up or breaks down your character, and choose to make more positive , godly choices.
-Know that you are not there to stay but that you are coming out stronger.
Stress and anxiety can only consume you if you refuse to recognize it exists and do nothing. JESUS has given you victory over the things of the world and that includes any challenges or troubles that come your way. SO STEP ON IT!
"But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you." 1 Peter 5:10
STEP ON STRESS, DON'T LET IT STEP ON YOU!
