This Victory is Yours!

"For ^[a]everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God]."
1 John 5:4, Amp

Pushing, shoving, bills, Frustrations, crazy elections, increase in medical insurance, problems in the family, homelessness, joblessness, divorce, murder, envy, strife, confusion, depression, and on and on.  This is the condition of the world and it's everyday issues and struggles. In the midst of those strains on our emotions and our pockets, and our liberties in the world, we hang on to life barely in our own strength but this warfare will not defeat you, we have silver linings, compassion, love, peace, Joy and above all Victory!!!!

For a daughter of the King, though war encompasses around you, though famine, though sickness and peril, "A thousand may fall by your side and ten thousand by your right hand but it shall not come neigh you",(psalm 91:7) Why? Because God has made you a promise.  Because of your faith in Jesus Christ, you have "VICTORY" and he has caused you to overcome the devices and circumstances of the World.

You are not of this world, you just live in it, but God has given you great victory so that you triumph over the difficulties that would usually swallow others up, but not you, no not you.  In the words of my favorite song entitled, "I Told the Storm",  by Greg O'Quinn,

"Death can't shake me!
Job can't make me!
Bills can't break me!
Disease can't take me!
You can't drown me!
My God surrounds me!
That's what I told the storm"


Just put your name in that place because Your storm as already been defeated because of vyour faith in Christ, and you have been made to conquer and overcome!

So in spite of what is going on in the world, or what the present circumstance says, have faith in God, your victory is guaranteed, it's set, in stone and cannot be changed because you are a child of the King and God said so, and so It is.

Prayer:

Father thank you for causing me to triumph over the cares and circumstances that happen in my life.  You are a mighty conqueror and you have already defeated THE ENEMY  on my behalf through the blood of the lamb.  I believe that the victory is already mine, that I have already conquered every situation and that all things are working together for my good.  Thank you Jesus for my victory always through you!!!!!

Read The Story For Your Self!

"Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister. I am convinced, being fully persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for that person it is unclean."
Romans 14:13-14 NIV

Isn't it funny how people are always giving you the opinion you should have of someone else, and exposing their faults but never ever expose their own!
I say, read the book for yourself. Don't allow other people to tell you their version of the story because the will always leave the juicy plot thickening nuggets out. No, you pick up that novel and flip past the cover and begin to read for yourself, so you don't miss one detail, because that is where all the proof is, in the details, I mean.

In this life to truly know a person's story you must be the same person consistently, around them so that they trust you enough to be transparent. When you really care about others, they know and they will eventually feel comfortable enough to expose their true self. But will you be able to handle it?

Never judge a book by the summary on the back or a person by someone else's opinion but get to know them for yourself and base your own opinion!

Confronting Internal conflict #.2

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth."
1 Corinthians 13:4-6 NIV

Ever recognize that when you are struggling with something's internally, that you get easily offended when people talk about, preach about or mention that issue? You get convicted and automatically get angry at the person because you think they have read your story!

Stop!  Do you not understand that the Holy Spirits main purpose is to convict people of sin, so they get their acts together? Did they call your name out? No! But you're mad? Just repent, stop masquerading behind your fake facade, and get it together with God. He is giving you the opportunity to get it right with him, before he exposes you openly.

Heart check:
The internal conflict that we are most faced with are the issues of our heart. This is why Solomon tell us in the book of Proverbs ,4:23,
"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."

You can't let the bad character, negative emotions or even the malicious intent of people, circumstances, or demonic forces to cause your good heart to turn bad.  Don't give people the ability to control you, emotionally, mentally or physically. When you react to the negative  voices you have already lost the fight, because you just showed them you can be controlled!

So in closing, learn from your mistakes and don't compromise your emotional, mental or spiritual integrity by becoming someone's puppet, deal with your issues, take the blame for your actions, repent, forgive and move forward in the Lord!

Guard your heart! Keep it pure, and know you don't have to go into a battle of words with people, you don't have to prove anything to anyone but God and god has already given you victory!

Women, You Are Significant!

"The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;  That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,  To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed."
Titus 2:3-5 KJV

Woman you are significant, and your existence is paramount. People all through out your lifestyle told you otherwise, they have put you down, belittled you and try to destroy your identity, but the "SEED" of  significance is too great in you, you don't die, you multiply!!!!!!  

The world needs you, because without you, life would be no more.  Do you know how much your worth not just because you are a Woman, but because you are a specific type of woman!

You are the most powerful force next to God in the Earth. Your influence and your creative ability superceeds even your understanding. The reality is, without you, there would be nothing! You have and endless and boundless potential to bring change transformation because you are soo full of "Seed", the seed of productivity oozes from your very being as sound waves and those that tap into the sound or even enter your atmosphere are changed!  Yes, You. You are a Kingdom woman, with Kingdom Power, and Kingdom dominion to shift the environment! The air we breathe!

You are of Great significance, and the world is crying out for you to pour out of your wealth of life producing seeds and nurture it, for it, them, they, US, we are in need of you!

Woman of Great Purpose, you have great significance, Teach the world their potential, young women their power and how to shape their own atmospheres.

Walk in your Significance!

Decree:

Lord this woman right here (Me), has not been walking in her significance because I have listened too long to other people's voices, but Lord I declare today that I matter, I am important, I am powerful and I have a very significant voice in your perfect plan. I will walk in who you have created me to be, no longer will I be hindered. Significance come forth, power come forth, identity come forth, purpose be revealed, wisdom create strategies that I may teach others to find their significance in you Lord Jesus and walk in it!

"7 The things God showed me were so great. But to keep me from being too full of pride because of seeing these things, I have been given trouble in my body. It was sent from Satan to hurt me. It keeps me from being proud. 8 I asked the Lord three times to take it away from me. 9 He answered me, “I am all you need. I give you My loving-favor. My power works best in weak people.” I am happy to be weak and have troubles so I can have Christ’s power in me. 10 I receive joy when I am weak. I receive joy when people talk against me and make it hard for me and try to hurt me and make trouble for me. I receive joy when all these things come to me because of Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong." 2 Cor. 12:7-10, NLV

Woman you are the most precious creation in all the earth. Created to birth and bring forth nations, but you have become your ruin!  Now why did I say that?  Well, let's look at the many ways we as women have degraded ourselves or allowed others to degrade us:

-we as women have cosmetically and aesthetically transformed our bodies to please others, more than our own selves.

-we have put down our own beauty wanting to transform ourselves into the picture perfect woman who appears to have no flaws.

-we have searched for love and acceptance in all the wrong places, devaluing our worth just to be in relationship with men, some of us women, that did not desire our time or energy because we did not love ourselves!

You lose power when others have the power to give value to your existence based on their need, desire or acceptance of you.

It is time to take your power back! You have the power to become strong again and that power lies in Christ! Draw close to him, let him love on the weak places in you through the word and prayer. Get around people that don't drain you of your energy, the people that have the ability to pour into you
by the Lords spirit and keep you encouraged. Who you are, the value that you hold, is lock up in your identity, which you can only find in God!

Flex your power Woman! You are beautiful and strong, full of Power and grace because God's power is in you!

I Present to You, Mr. & Mrs. Johnathan Givers?

"So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.” Matt. 19:6, ESV

Are You a "Giver?"  Is your Spouse a "Giver?".  Something to think about? The answer may be the reason you have had much difficulty in your marriage.  The above scripture says, "They are n longer two but one flesh." So, if you are a giver but your spouse is not there is already division.  I am not talking about financial giving at this moment, but that is also important, no, I am talking about having a selfless heart towards the person you love!

Marriage, a sacred covenant relationship that we all enter in knowing exactly what we are doing at times, but, after the I do and the honeymoon period (that ends quickly) we begin to question, "who is this ##!?&#@# I married?" When you don't get what you want, or you have unmet expectations. 

It has been my experience that when you enter marriage without discussing with your soon to be spouse your view or perception of what marriage is, from both of your perspectives, you are entering into a covenant with a dirt foundation that will waste away with the storms, test and trials.

It is important that you have the same mind and heart entering into any covenant relationship, Marriage most importantly or there will be more war than peace!

Don't let your Marriage become a chore or a death sentence when you become one of  those that feel your untitled to better treatment than your spouse because you go into it with an incorrect perspective.

"My wife is going to Waite on me hand and foot, I don't have to do nothing but work and pay the bills!"

"My husband treats me like a queen, I don't have to cook, clean or do anything but look good and he does everything else."

"You knew I couldn't cook when you married me!".  Just to name a few, and this is why the end abruptly in divorce.

Marriage is not about self-serving attitudes, nor is it a game of you give and I'll take! No, marriage is about both partners in this covenant giving and being givers to each other!

God has given us principles to live, love and give by that should be reciprocal, especially in marriage.

“So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." Matt. 7:12

"Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over [with no space left for more].For with the standard of measurement you use [when you do good to others], it will be measured to you in return.” Luke 6:38

"Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.". 2 Corinthians 9:7 KJV

"But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.". 2 Corinthians 9:6 KJV

"I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive."
Acts 20:35 KJV

There are so many more scriptures and principles that I could share but I think you get the message.  If you  have the correct heart, there is nothing that you would not give or do to show your spouse that love, even when they don't.  It's not about doing to get, it's about doing just because the Bible says, " A good man out of the good  treasure of his heart bringeth forth good". Luke 6:45

So next time you are getting ready to complain about what your spouse didn't do for you, check and see that you have the right heart of giving. When we have two people with the right hearts, one always strives to out do the other because their desire is to be a blessing to their spouse always!

Be a giver, and give! Time, love , respect, compassion, special things, etc. Not to expect anything in return, and watch the impact of your giving in your marriage transform you and your spouse to Mr. & Mrs. Givers!

You Don't Have to Do It Alone!

"Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king's words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work."

Nehemiah 2:18 KJV

Ever get the feeling there is something aggressively opposing your very existence? Well, in reality, you had no opposition to your existence until you began to walk in the Lords purpose for your life.  Now that you have said yes to God, your circle has gotten smaller, you gained insight and wisdom and stopped sharing information with all of your friends because when you did, you found that they really weren't your friends at all!

Well, in light of all these revelations, You have decided to walk alone but, is that really the path God has set for you?  My answer is no! Some seasons in God you will have to journey alone or with a faithful few, but the Lord always brings people in line with the purpose and will he has for your life.

Like in this scripture above, in verses 10-17, Nehemiah had been given an assignment to rebuild not only the walls of Jerusalem, but to restore hope to the people.  His yes caused some snakes and vipers to rear their ugly heads to try and disrupt the purpose and plan of God, but Nehemiah, says the scripture,

 ".... arose in the night, I and some few men with me; neither told I any man what my God had put in my heart to do at Jerusalem: neither was there any beast with me, save the beast that I rode upon."

Nehemiah 2:12

He got up at night with a "Few Men" and surveyed the assignment, calculated the situation in secret with only those he could trust.  See you are not required to perform the task God has given you alone, he has already prepared your help to bring his vision to pass.

Regardless what the naysayers and the critics have to say or think, do what you must in secret, but know that God has prepared your help so when you have calculated and wrote the vision, begin to cast to those that God has released you to and watch them "strengthen their hands for this good work."

It's A Set-up!

"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:  By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;  And patience, experience; and experience, hope:  And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us."
Romans 5:1-5 KJV

Are you growling, snarling  or frustrated this morning?  Just stop! Take a deep breath and focus. 
The kids are testing your patience this morning, your husband can't seem to find anything he needs to get dressed for work without you and "You" are partly dressed, running in circles ready to pull your hair out!

Did I paint a good picture?  Your days are mostly smooth and have a rhythm, but today is an out of the box day, but wait, the scriptures say, "tribulations worketh patience!" Get your patience back, your peace back by realizing everything, will not go your way, but it will go God's way. The Lord is setting you up, to walk in more compassion, more patience, and more peace.  You did not wake up on the wrong side of the bed......, God just decided he was ready to work on your people skills, and to give your character a tune up, so that you are more perfect than you were the day before.

Soo, breathe deeply, check your Heart's position, check your Mind, and get your spiritual perception inline with God, because the plan is set, God's love is all over you and he had set you up to bring him glory by transforming you through this test.  What do you do, rejoice! Be slow to speak, quick to listen and slow to get angry, hope in the Lord, because he is making you better!

You Are Inimitable!

"I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.  My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth."
Psalms 139:14-17 KJV

Welcome to the stage... the perfect, the incredible, the enlightening, the ORIGINAL.......... YOU!
Woman you are fantastic! There is no one  like you anywhere. They may dress like you, may try to look like you, but they can never be you.  You are the only you, there is one original, made from scratch. You are so divine that God considered your worth and decided he would fashion you in secret so that the secrets of your very creation are hidden and that a person desiring to know you intimately must first get to know your creator.

  

You were not a mistake, God knew what he was doing before your momma, even met your daddy, he had you in mind.  You purpose, your power, is woven in your very existence and you breathe in the very essence of creation itself. Do you not know?  Have you not heard, that the key to someone else's survival, healing, deliverance and breakthrough is wrapped up in the very purpose of your struggles!

Woman you were created to solve someone else's woes, so step over the test, into your triumph and lead others into their victory!

You are INIMITABLE! ONE AND ONLY!

The Lord is Strength! Thurs. December 03, 2015

" You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples."
Psalm 77:14, NIV

Many times on this rollercoaster called life, we experience more downs than we do ups in life.  unfortunately some people are only good for one ride, some for many but there are others that endure and never get off the ride because when they become physically, emotionally and spiritually tired they don't take the easy way out and get off the ride.
  Yeah, we all have the moments when we say, "I can't do this anymore!", "I quit!", "This is too hard!" and guess what all those emotions (because that is what it is) are true and valid, but we often forget that it is not our strength or power that we are to ride this coaster in, but Gods.

  God is the strength and power that keeps us from jumping off the ride, abandoning our purpose, even quitting the assignment when we feel that nothing is getting better.  It is Gods presence that gives us the power to endure the heartache and pain of life.  If we just remember who has given us the assignment and why, then we can stay the course.

The psalmist in this psalm, started off with depression and despair seeking after God in his weariness, but also exalting his circumstances more than God, but when he remembered the works of God, the things God had done in the former days he began to be strengthened and encouraged.
God is your strength, he is able to lift the heaviness of your burden, your weariness and your oppression and strengthen you in your weakness, begin to exalt the Lord and forget not his works in your life that he may give you power to stay on the Ride!!!




 

Tuesday Dec. 01, 2015- Just Praise Him!

 "Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God." Psalm 42:11

There is great suffering that our Savior endured at the hands of mere men. The suffering of ridicule, defamation of character, abuse through scourging, whipping, beating and the spitting on by those whom he came to save.  He suffered all of this not so that we would not have to, but to show us the glory at the end, if we endure.

We are all suffering some how, through loss, sickness, persecution, but the truth is he never promised an easy road if we followed him, he only promised he would be with us.
Yes, following Jesus is a difficult path, and sometimes it just gets too hard to bear but I have learned to lift myself up with praise to my God, for he is my health, my strength and my protection.

So, no I will not be depressed, I will not mourn my own suffering but, I choose to praise my God who is the health of my countenance!

YES, I DECREE MY DESTINY! TUE. AUG. 11, 2015

"And the God that hath caused his name to dwell there destroy all kings and people, that shall put to their hand to alter and to destroy this house of God which is at Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed." Ezra 6:12

God has given mankind the power to decree things, in his will and according to his word. What you command to be done and to happen according to your faith and the word of God, it shall be established.
Well, that is just wonderful because my life is not shaping up how I hoped it would be. OK? What are you speaking?

See we must understand that sickness, poverty, pain, difficulty will come into our lives but if it stays there, will NE determined by what we speak in or out of faith or in or out of God's will for our lives. The enemy is always looking for a slither of doubt, fear, anxiety, lack of confidence to wiggle his way in but, God has established you by his word!.

What do I mean by that, according to the word of God, what he has spoken will not return to him void, OK meaning, if he established you in greatness, you will achieve greatness. The enemy will use people to try to make you derail your destiny, miss your mark and to fear whether you really have the potential. God has you covered, it is already in his word!

God has built you as a temple of worship and he will not allow you to be destroyed. You are the temple of the God, and the holy spirit lives in you, no weapon formed against you shall be able to prosper, and every tongue that rises in judgment against you, will be condemned.

God and Jesus with his army in heaven are constantly fighting on your behalf and waiting for you to start decreeing your destiny! Speak back to the lies of circumstances, the deception of situations and the plots of your proclivities and decree the word of the Lord, on your behalf!

TELL THE DEVIL:  "YES! I WILL DECREE THE GREATNESS GOD SPOKE OVER ME, I WILL DECREE MY DESTINY!!!!

Today is A New Day! Sun. Aug. 2, 2015

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." Isaiah 43:19

New involves change. Unfortunately to those of us who only know one perspective, we, will not catch the paradigm shift into our New.

Times and seasons have been giving for our benefit, because in reality, there is no time in God. God is completely aware of every change he will bring forth in your life and when. Time merely exists to give us the awareness of it and the natural manifestation of time in the earth. Hence in the season of fall we see the changing of colors in the trees, the weather and even in how we ourselves dress for the occasion.
The "NEW" thing that God is doing is something never seen before! You see Fall, summer, spring and winter every year, but what God is doing in you, you have not seen.

Open your heart , spirit and mind to receive the change or you will get left in the shift. There are some very strategic changes that we must make in our lives, relationships and it is the calling and drawing of the spirit that is impressing upon our hearts to change.

God is calling us to open by his spirit everything that has been closed off, dried up and seemingly dead. He is now waking up, refreshing the dry places by his spirit and taking us into deeper dimensions of revelation, knowledge and understanding of his purpose and power in our lives!

Are you ready for a new beginning? The new thing that God desires to do in you? Something's will have to die for you to get there, but the "NEW" will spring forth and give God the glory!

YOU WERE BUILT FOR THIS! MON. JUNE 8, 2015

"Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." Ephesians 6:13

You are simply amazing! The things that you are constantly going through,  enduring on a day by day basis and you are still standing? You may be a little wobbly at times, but your standing, and did you ever wonder why? It's because of how you were created.

See God said in his word that he "formed you in secret, in the depths" and he did not reveal you until you were perfect and complete. You were like that clay pot, that was shaped, formed, and reshaped, until it was just right. The form was right, the shape was right, the consistency, the thickness and the quality was right, but he didn't stop there. He had to you place in the fire, where the heat was soo hot it dried you up and hardened your form quickly so you could handle the elements that you would face.

As we journey through life we will face adversity, that will lay, stand and sit in our path. Sometimes you can walk over it, sometimes you can lift it out your way and go under it, sometimes you can walk around it, and other times you have to climb to the top and then over. But the there are times when you have to have a running start and stretch out your leg to run over the hurdles in your way, but the thing I really need you to get is that you "GET OVER IT!"

This is why the scripture says to," take on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day" because you will get over, through, around, what ever comes your way by whatever means the Lord sees fit.  Stand on your faith, your word, and the fact that your victory was woven into the fabric of your being, you were built to withstand,  built to over ome, built to be victorious and to, "Get over" every obstacle that comes your way. YOU WERE BUILT FOR THIS!

So though the trials, tests and troubles of life may come, demons and wickedness will come to trouble you,  remember God fashioned you in the depths for a reason, so that you could withstand the test.

GET YOUR INHERITANCE!

"For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off." Psalms 37:22

God made promises to those who chose to believe and trust in him. Promises enable us to live to certain standard and degrees that we normally could not on our own. The principle that activates the promises of God is obedience to his word,  his judgments, to his statues, and to his commandments. The scripture states in Deuteronomy 28:1  "that if obey my voice and keep my commandments all these blessings shall come upon you." Now if the word says that there are certain things that we have to do in order to be blessed and receive blessings, then likewise there are things that we have to do or not do to be cursed and to receive curses.  Myself, I desire and strive to walk in the blessings and to be blessed of God. So, with that being said, the promises belong to those who are obediently blessed of God, they  will inherit the earth!

This earth?  Of course not, why would God give you something in such chaos? Every good and perfect gift comes from above!  No, your earth will be brand new, fresh out of the Spirit and mouth of God.

"And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea." Rev. 21:1

So as you walk about today know that you have dominion here, but you will be Ruler over it all one day!!!!!

LET THERE BE LOVE! MON. JUNE 01 2015

"And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins." 1 Pet. 4:8

Love, a simple word, but such difficulty in presenting it, with sincerity of course.  That 4 letter word is easily spoken in many circles but lacks depth.  Love to many means, "I love because I am supposed to." Or "I love you but I'd rather not be around you." Or "Yeah, I said it but it was necessary to get what I wanted, didn't know it meant I would have to be there for you."

Well, love means I will be there when ever you need me, I will help whenever I can and you are important to me!  Jesus was the very definition of love in it's rarest form, pure and undefiled. Why, we have to catch ourselves that we don't allow our emotions cause us to judge others for their imperfections and proclivities. I mean who are we? We have our own issues, and struggles yet Jesus loved us enough to die for our sins still.

Let's learn to love one another,  starting with home(church) and family, looking past eachothers faults and seeing our needs.

KEEP YOUR HEAD! FRIDAY MAY 29, 2015

" Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:" 1 Peter 5:8

Ever been so focused on a task, and then the phone starts ringing, texts start coming, children start calling, or if your married, your spouse always seems to want to talk when your focused on completing a task!  Distractions, distractions,  distractions, be careful of too many distractions they can bring mind cluttering confusion and that is the work of the adversary.

Create a peaceful environment of balance where you are not overwhelmed with family interactions (because there is no avoiding them)but not in a time pinch because you don't have a mountain of projects to complete in a short period of time so, your mind is sober and at peace.

The enemy wants to pile things on you to overwhelm you and bring frustration and confusion. Make you forgetful and full of anxiety!

KEEP YOUR HEAD! THE ENEMY WANTS YOUR HEAD!  If he can get your head then he will have control of you. Don't allow yourself to be overrun with tasks, miss your personal time of worship, or just become too busy (mentally ) where you can't even get a good night's rest. 

Prioritize and complete one task at a time, get good rest, and you'll have a clear mind to make the best decisions you can make, and stay focused on doing your best!

KEEP YOUR HEAD, IT'S THE ONLY ONE YOU HAVE!!!!

STEP ON STRESS! WED. MAY 27 2015

"A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." Prov. 17:22

Life has its varies challenges and trying troubles,  and they can seem overwhelming to us.
Emotionally we get frustrated, lose peace, mentally we lose focus on daily tasks and physically we become drained of energy, because our focus is on the problem.

Well, It's time to turn your focus, don't  worry about things you can't control, change your attitude about the things you can. Sometimes what we really need is a new perspective, to see it through a fresh pair of eyes!

Here are some simply steps to help:

-get plenty of rest.
Rest your mind, your emotions by spending time in prayer and worship

-Recognize that you may be overwhelmed and dealing with stress.
Submit all of yourself, circumstances into the Lord's hands and allow him to give you comfort  and peace with the things you can't change.

-Change what you have the ability to change.
Make better choices,  and realize that every experience is a learning experience that either builds up or breaks down your character, and choose to make more positive , godly choices.

-Know that you are not there to stay but that you are coming out stronger.
Stress and anxiety can only consume you if you refuse to recognize it exists and do nothing.  JESUS has given you victory over the things of the world and that includes any challenges or troubles that come your way. SO STEP ON IT!

"But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you." 1 Peter 5:10

STEP ON STRESS, DON'T  LET IT STEP ON YOU!
